To ensure your transfer adheres correctly, follow these four simple steps:

1. Prep Your Surface and Pre-Squeegee Your UV-DTF Transfer
   
   Prepping the Area: Clean the surface of your item before applying the transfer using soap & water or a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water. A clean surface helps the transfer endure natural elements, washing, and wear and tear. While not required, this step is recommended.
   
   Pre-Squeegee: After cutting out your transfer, place the design face down with the white side up. Using the padded end of the included squeegee, press down firmly and move it back and forth 2-4 times over the design. Apply extra pressure on thin or separated elements, like small text.
   
2. Separating the Clear Carrier Sheet from the White Backing
   To separate the clear carrier sheet from the white backing, make a small tear away from the design. Gently peel the clear sheet, ensuring the design lifts off fully. Pro Tip: Peel slowly, especially for designs with thin lines or small elements, and remember—Don’t peel with your hands, peel with your EYES. If parts don’t lift, re-squeegee and try peeling from a different angle.

   Once your design is in place, firmly squeegee it 2-4 times. Peel slowly, ensuring all elements stick. Again, remember the lesson from the Dojo—use your EYES, not just your hands. If any part isn’t adhering, lay the carrier sheet back down, re-squeegee, and try peeling from a different angle.

Refunds & Reprints

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. We will gladly reprint any order that has print quality or adhesion issues. However, we cannot offer a reprint if the uploaded file is of low quality. If you are requesting a refund or reprint for any other reason, it must first be approved by management.

We accept all file types, but vector files are always preferred. Raster art should be at least 300 DPI for optimal quality.

Tip: If you're using Canva or Procreate, we recommend exporting your designs as PDFs.
