REFUNDS & REPRINTS

At dtfprint.me, all products are custom-made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, we follow a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity of our process and business. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Issue Reporting Deadline (Pickup – 24 Hours / Shipping – 36 Hours)
• For pickup orders, customers must notify us of any issue within 24 hours after receiving the order.
• For shipped orders, customers must notify us within 36 hours after delivery.
• If we are not contacted within these timeframes, we will consider the order accepted as delivered and completed, and no further action will be taken.
2. No Returns, Refunds, or Free Reprints Due to Customer Design or Order Errors
• All products are custom-made. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-provided designs, files, or instructions, including but not limited to low resolution, pixelation, incorrect colors, sizing errors, or incorrect order details.
• Orders will not be reprinted free of charge if the problem is due to errors made by the customer.
3. Responsibility for Production Errors
• If an error is determined to be caused by dtfprint.me’s production process, we will work directly with the customer to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a reprint or other solution at our discretion.
• Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue within the reporting timeframe for us to investigate.
4. Final Sale – Custom Orders
• All products sold on dtfprint.me are considered final sale. Once printing or production has started, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in cases where a verified production error has occurred on our side.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
