How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website dtfprint.me by selecting the product you want, uploading your design, and following the checkout process. For personalized service, you can also visit our store at North Point Mall.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 business days. For faster service, please consider selecting the “Jump to Line” option at checkout.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Currently, depending on the workload, orders placed by 12:00 PM are usually ready by 7:00 PM the same day. However, if you want to ensure that you receive your order on the same day, you need to place your order by 12:00 PM and select the “Jump to Line” option. This way, you can pick up your order on the same day. If you are using the shipping option, you can choose one of our expedited shipping options.
Where is your location?
Our store is located on the first floor of North Point Mall, inside the Cygnus Custom Gifts shop. We are across from Build-a-Bear and next to Auntie Anne’s.
Do you offer a pickup service?
Yes, we offer a pickup service. After receiving the notification that your order is ready, you can pick up your items from our store at North Point Mall during our working hours.
What are your working hours?
Our store is open for pickups from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Sundays from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Can I make changes to my file after submitting it?
Yes, if you need to make changes to your file after submitting it, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect the turnaround time.
Can I expedite my order after placing it?
Yes, you can expedite your order by selecting the “Jump to Line” option. If the order is already in process, please contact us directly at send@dtfprint.me to see if an upgrade is possible.
What should I do if there is an error in my order?
If you notice an error in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at send@dtfprint.me. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In what format should I upload my design, and what resolution is required?
Please upload your design in PSD (Photoshop), PNG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), JPG, or SVG. Our preference: SVG files work best because it allows us to resize artwork without losing any quality. However, as long as you upload a file (PNG, JPG, PDF) with 300 DPI, we’ll be able to resize the image to your liking, without losing any quality whatsoever.
